Worked with Authority-agencies to develop new guidelines for theme park masterplanning; standards and typical details for construction with non-traditional materials.
Essential for theming works on building facades, external works and area development, in interiors, show and rides, props and special effects.
Managed the coordination process with Authorities and specialist contractors/QPs; from design stage through to construction and handover.
Attained approvals as scheduled for TOP and early soft opening of the themepark.
